Toll Manufacturing is the industrial production of goods for use or sale using a formulation in which raw materials are transformed into finished goods.
Marchem Australasia can cater for batches from 1,000 litres to 20,000 litres depending on your requirements.
With our experienced staff and facilities Marchem have the capabilities to provide a comprehensive toll manufacturing service.
Once manufacturing is complete, Marchem can arrange bulk storage from 15,000 litres to 100,000 litres and warehousing for all types of product, DG or non DG.
Alternatively, Marchem can arrange delivery both Australia wide and internationally.
Marchem Australasia has a specialised team on board who are able to clear customs shipments in-house, minimising timeframes.
Marchem Australasia can offer a complete package, from container unloading/unpacking, to final delivery to any destination within Australia or in the Asia/Pacific Region using our vast warehousing and distribution network.
Marchem Australasia has large areas of undercover warehousing consisting of 3 separate warehouses varying in sizes along, with an abundance of outdoor storage space.
Warehousing consists of racking for the storage of powders and more fragile products along with allocated areas for block stacking of more sturdier, heavy duty materials.
Marchem Australasia has it's own distribution network with its own fleet of trucks and tankers ranging from a 1MT Ute to a 14MT Tautliner along with two 17,000 lt bulk tankers.
For larger jobs, Marchem Australasia works in partnership various logistic companies to meet our customers requirements ranging from Semi-trailers to B-doubles for local and interstate transport.
